Return + Exchange Policy

Shopping online can be a daunting experience when knowing what size to get that is the right fit for your babe. We do not process refunds, but we are happy to do an exchange.
All you have to do is send your item back to:

Please include your name, order number, and email so we can easily look up your order. Once we receive your return package we will send you and email with store credit worth what you paid for the item to repurchase or purchase something else. Store credit does not expire. You will not be notified when the exchange dept receives the package. We recommend tracking your package. We are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail on their way back to our facility.
ONCE AGAIN YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO US, BUT YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL ONCE YOUR EXCHANGE IS PROCESSED AND YOUR STORE CREDIT HAS BEEN SENT.
PLEASE ALLOW 48 BUSINESS HOURS FOR PROCESSING OF AN EXCHANGE.
Please double check your child's size before ordering. (see size chart for instructions.) for an exchange within 14 days. Item must be in new condition and you will be responsible for new shipping charges to send the hat back and To receive the new one. As soon as we have received the item to be exchanged we will then process the new one.
Suggested sizing: LOOK AT AGE MOSTLY.

NEWBORN (N): Most 0-6M 16-17.5”
INFANT (XS): Most 6M-2YR 17.5-18.5”
TODDLER (S): Most 2YR-4YR 18.5-20”
CHILD (M): Most 5YR+ 21-23”
ADULT (L): 23-25”
SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO
Shipping & Processing: All items are RTS, most items will ship in approximately 3-5 business days which does NOT include shipping times. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need your order by a certain date! All items are shipped standard USPS. Orders all ship from UT
Once your order ships, a shipping notification that includes your tracking number will be sent to you via the email used during purchase.
LOST/DAMAGED BY USPS
Brimmz is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
RETURNED / UNCLAIMED MAIL
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we will not be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, we will not issue a refund. Once the package returns to Brimmz, we will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges before we resend the package.
