If you would like to make a return or exchange we are happy to help!

You will need your order number, and zip code so we can easily look up your order.

Any unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached can be returned.

Items must be purchased directly from BRIMMZ-HATS.com 

Returns must be submitted and product received back to us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.

We do not accept used items but, we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements.

All sales are FINAL on Gift Cards, Pre-Orders, Grab Bags, site-wide sales (such as, but not limited to, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and Holiday-themed product.

LOST/DAMAGED BY USPS

Brimmz is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim. 
RETURNED / UNCLAIMED MAIL
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we will not be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, we will not issue a refund. Once the package returns to Brimmz, we will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges before we resend the package.
